Kimberly Mitchell is the CEO and founder of Young Professional Staffing Solutions (YPSS).  YPSS was created to build a bridge between the business and educational sectors by providing staffing solutions that address the needs of the 21st century workplace and communities we serve. We provide traditional staffing services  such as temporary and long term placements as well as unique career readiness programs for schools to ensure the next generation has the necessary skills to succeed.  Kimberly (a.k.a. Ms. K to her staff and Students) began her entrepreneurship journey after serving 20 years in public education as a teacher and administrator. She is passionate about serving her community of Southeast Queens and creating resources to support the growth of young professionals throughout New York City.
